We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@soniox.com and we will arrange a full refund. Products must be returned in reasonable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent.
