RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If for any reason you are not happy with your SONIOX Restorative Face Cream, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@trysoniox.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. In those cases, SONIOX will cover all return shipping costs in full.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at hello@trysoniox.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened and used beyond a reasonable trial period. However, if the product caused an adverse skin reaction, please contact us and we will assess your case individually.
