SHIPPING POLICY

At SONIOX, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping — Free on orders over $50. Estimated delivery 5 to 7 business days. Standard Shipping — $4.99 on orders under $50. Estimated delivery 5 to 7 business days. Express Shipping — $12.99. Estimated delivery 2 to 3 business days. Overnight Shipping — $24.99. Estimated delivery next business day if ordered before 12pm PST.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States. International shipping options will be announced on our website when available. Sign up to our email list to be notified.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@trysoniox.com.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us at hello@trysoniox.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately. SONIOX is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, severe weather, or events outside our control. However, we will always do our best to resolve the situation for you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SONIOX is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@trysoniox.com and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@trysoniox.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
